Did you Know that Physical Therapy can help individuals with Osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis is a common condition characterized by thinning and weakening of the bone that can result in a bone fracture.

Although more common in women, men are also affected by the disease.

Many people know that weightbearing activities and exercises help slow down Osteoporosis but it is also important to know the precautions or activities/exercises to avoid or refrain from doing, to prevent fractures.
