What is your strengthening program level?

  • Having a strong body is one component to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  • Aside from physical activity and flexibility exercises, a strengthening program is beneficial to having a healthy body.
  • Strengthening can be done with the use of weights, exercise equipment, or using one’s body weight.

Occupational & Physical Therapists are movement specialists who can create an individualized strengthening program with different levels of difficulty or intensity, with the aid of our state-of-the-art BTE evaluation equipment.
