Pelvic Health Rehabilitation Program

Pelvic floor issues are highly predominant in the United States. Unfortunately, women
and men are usually too embarrassed to discuss these issues with their physicians. Most
Pelvic floor issues can be addressed by Physical Therapy by using different treatment
techniques such as Electrical Stimulation, Manual Therapy, Strengthening / Relaxation
Exercises, Lifestyle / Nutrition modification and Biofeedback. A Pelvic Health Physical
Therapist has advanced training in evaluating and treating the following conditions, both
for men and women:

 Urinary Incontinence, Frequency or Urgency
 Fecal / Bowel Incontinence
 Pelvic Pain
 Bladder Pain
 Post-partum Pain / issues
 Constipation

The Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults has a Pelvic Health
Program provided by a trained Pelvic Health Physical Therapist.
