Past Presidents

The Rehabilitation Center for Children & Adults has enjoyed remarkable Board of Governors' Presidents. Most of these volunteers continue their active involvement helping people with physical disabilities. The Center was founded in 1940 as the Crippled Children's Society to serve people with polio. During that time the President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt, was overcoming the physical challenges of polio while he led our country. We salute our Past Presidents for their years of leadership and dedication toward improving the physical function, communication and independence of people with disabilities.
